Psychological Counseling Center of Ilia State University offers free individual and group counseling to students in the following areas:
- Emotion Regulation Group;
- Social Competence Improvement Group;
- Mindfulness-Based Stress Regulation Program (MBSR);
- Stress Management Group;
- Individual Counseling.

Registration for the individual consultation will continue until April 1st, inclusive.
