External Mobility

External mobility for students may be announced twice a year. An electronic portal for external mobility ( emis.ge ) has been created to administer the process. Through this portal, the LEPL Education Management Information System administers the transfer of students from one higher education institution to another. External mobility is announced only when the university has vacant student places.
